Reroof grove st apartments units 16-23 to put back new tpo roof due to wind blew off existing roof and new roof will be less weight; har; january 23, 2013 8:01:51 am pamk. I went by yesterday and spoke to mrs. Banks, she does have water coming from her paddle fan but the landlord has turned the breaker off to the area. I spoke to the landlord and they are working on the problem, they have a roofing contractor who is obtaining a permit for the roof repair. I told her also to obtain a permit to repair the interior bedroom ceiling. The roofing permit is 13-459 which is in plan check stage and will be completed soon. Apt. 24.
