SCORE 59 We will be taking down existing fencing and installing new fencing on front and rear borders of our property. The permit is being requested because the fence we will be installing at the rear of the property is over 6. The current fence at rear of property is 6. However, we recently had surveying work done (see attachment emb surveyors). We have an additional 3 - 4 of land beyond the existing fence that is our property. That land slopes downward, away from the house. The new fence will be installed at a lower elevation. To maintaint the same visual height we need to increase the height of the new fence.
