This is a projecting sign, not a wall sign, but i didnt see that as an option. It is 4 feet tall, and 34" wide (if you include the 6" between the wall and the inside edge of the sign). It has approximately of clearance from the ground. It has greater than 2 of clearance from the curb. It is mounted so that all portions of the sign are below the sill of the second story window. The sign is a light-box, internally lit with led lights. Electrical was completed by a licensed and permitted electrician (same electrician who is permitted for all other electrical work in the building).
