Install 3 feet of 1-1 8" od copper tubing as a main supply header for argon gas, looped around the fabrication floor and five use point drops consisting of 5 8" od copper tubing that will terminate with 1 2" ball valves to supply the argon gas requirements to five welding stations. Install 3 feet of 1-1 8" od copper tubing as a main supply header for a mix gas, looped around the fabrication floor, paralleling the argon header, and five use point drops consisting of 5 8" od copper tubing that will terminate with 1 2" ball valves to supply the mix gas requirements to five weld stations. The mix gas consists of 75% argon and 25% carbon dioxide. Source bulk gases are provided by others.
