Also ref. B1704963. Renovation and demolition in all floors first, second, third and basement. The primary scope for this project is to upgrade electrical service to the bldg & replace electrical panels in all apartments. The existing boiler will be removed and ductless minisplit hvac systems will be installed in all apartments. Replacement of hot & cold water plumbing risers through out the buildings roof membrane to be replaced. Exterior renovation and window replacement, as per design.
