Installation of bruno battery powered vertical platform lift and all associated prep work. Build up porch floor using pressure treated lumber with 2xs and 5 4" deck boards flush with existing door threshold. Pinch point wall will be built at porch. Front yard will be excavated for installation of concrete pathway with retaining walls- excavate 7wide x 8deep. Excavate 30" of dirt as necessary for 2" of modified stone and 4" of concrete. Apply stone and tamp-pour new 35 psi concete for pathway to city sidewalk. Use ep henry blocks complete with caps for retaining wall no more thatn 18" high. There is no encroachment on city sidewalk.
