For the erection of a rear deck at the first floor level of an existing attached structure. Size and location as shown in plans. For use as an existing retail sales of consumer goods on the first floor and a total of four (4) apartments with two (2) existing accessory off-street parking spaces.

To amend permit #534426 to include an exterior accessible ramp for first floor commercial space as shown in approved plans.

For a tenant fit-out on the first floor to create a retail furniture store in an existing mixed-use structure. Tenant space and first floor dwelling unit shall be fully sprinklered (see permit #534426). Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
