Hello, i was just discussing work at the above referenced address with a neighbor to the property. She related that the building looks to involve grade changes for a new garage floor level elevation location and that the height of the structure appears to exceed height allowance. The plans show that there were no grade changes across the front and minimal changes across the back, but she believes she does see there have been grade changes.
