Replace broken window panes in kind, as necessary. Perform touch-up painting and paint over graffiti as necessary, to match existing paint colors. Remove vegetation growing in brick masonry and repoint bricks with appropriate lime mortar mix. Repair cracked or missing exterior stucco with appropriate lime-based stucco mix.

Other appoved work includes: application of a self-adhering, single-ply gaf product for parapet and parapet flashing. Product to be located under mortar cap and flashings. Replace the four lintels over the upper windows to match existing;rebuild the brick parapet to match existing; repair concrete band and stucco band above first floor opening; repair and patch existing stucco per vcc guidelines;clean the entire front of the building and remove vegetation;replace gutter and leaderhead to match existing; repair and repoint damaged bricks;note: this permit does not include paint.
