1. Make general repairs and relocate hvac condensers as follows, per application and drawings received on 7/22/13 and 7/3013, respectively, and stamped vcc approved on 8/16/13:2. Remove vegetation and repair all damaged brick masonry using appropriate bricks to match existing; repoint all brick masonry where necessary; fill holes in walls around pipes, and restucco walls as necessary in carriageway and passageways, and on all surfaces at rear of buildings; all of this work should be done using a soft lime mortar mix. 3. Repair/replace in kind as necessary, all downspouts and leaderheads on front & rear of building; remove stucco applied to faade wall by downspout between 518- & 524; downspouts and leaderheads may be in galvanized metal painted to blend with wall color, or in copper (unpainted). 4.
