To renovate building and courtyard to correct outstanding violations as per revised plans submitted 07/30/15, approved by the architectural committee 06/23/15, and stamped vcc approved 07/30/15. Work includes but is not limited to: remove existing asphalt shingle roofing from main and rear buildings install new ludoslate roof on the main building. Color to be slate grey. Install new ray brothers rbi-125 standing seam galvanized metal roof on the rear building. Color to be slate grey. Remove frame deck from rear courtyard. Install new flagstone in rear courtyard. Repoint masonry walls as needed using vcc mortar mix (below).

Re-roofing and various exterior renovations comply with vcc guidelines.

To prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows: walls of main building: toulouse st. Cream, flat or satin walls of back buildings: st. Ann st. Yellow, flat or satin shutters: gov. Nicholls st.
