Replacings several base building perimeter heat pump units in order to introduce more fresh air into the building. The work will inclde installing new base building perimeter heat pump units and coordinating exterior louver penetrations for floors basement to 3rd floor with stone facade and basement and floor 1 with brick facade with review and approval of the commission of fine arts. Penetrations in the brick facade at 4th through the 8th floors and floors 2 and 3 in the brick facade are not included in this scope of work.

Renovations to exterior area way on side of existing bldg. And to front entrance as per the attached plans, work includes but not limited to replacement of existing handicapped lift with new handicapped lift on outside of bldg. Replacement of existing damaged retaining walls with new conc. Retaining walls, replacement of existing conc. Stairs with new cons. Stairs, new steel stairway, install new area drains to area connecting to existing storm sewer lateral within property lines partial repaving of parking area alongside work area new pavers at bldg. Entry along with new door hardware. All work on private property.
