To install two (2) new size a bevelo electric lantern fixtures a minimum of 7 above the sidewalk onto two columns of the conti elevation flanking the center door. To install two (2) new micro cylinder outdoor track fixtures to wall of conti elevation centered above ground floor doornote: sign and bracket to be permitted separatelyall wiring shall be placed in conduitsall conduits shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000k color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-12 lumens per bulball work as per materials submitted 04/05/16 & 05/06/16 & stamped vcc approved 05/12/16

Tuck point where necessary the brick wall in the parking lot of 513 conti using vcc mortar and stucco mix (see attached). All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
