Work to resolve staff approvable vcc violations (case number 16-05294-vccsn), per materials stamped vcc approved 02 21 17. Remove existing menu box and install new wood and glass menu box per attached drawing (recommended: 12" x 24". Not to exceed 2 square feet)remove green drop awnings with excessive signage and install new, plain canvas awnings to match existing in color, size, edge, material, etc, with no lettering or signage. Remove unused or inoperable wiring from exterior of building. Remaining operable wiring shall be placed in small conduits. All conduits shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces to minimize visibility.
