To rebuild existing fountain in same location as previously existing. Rebuilt fountain surround to be reduced in size from previously existing diameter to new diameter of 84. Height of fountain surround to be 42 above grade to match previously existing. Surround to be constructed from cmu blocks filled with concrete, wrapped in metal lath, stuccoed, and painted. Previously existing railing to be painted entirely black and reinstalled on top of new surround. Previously existing fountain to be reinstalled in center of surround.

To demolish/remove coolers and structures built without benefit of vcc review or approval. To construct new building, retain and modify existing bar building originally built without benefit of vcc review or approval. All work as per final plans submitted 03/04/16, approved by the architectural committee 03/29/16, approved by the commission 01/06/16, and stamped vcc approved 04/04/16.

To demolish existing fountain, pave area where fountain removed with new flagstone to match adjacent courtyard, and install four (4) new natural gas outlets in courtyard with cast iron covers flush with adjacent paving. All gas lines to be run beneath courtyard paving. All work as per plans submitted 10/14/15, approved by the architectural committee 10/13/15, and stamped vcc approved 10/14/15.

Vcc permit for removal of courtyard fountain as part of previously issued vcc permit for repaving of courtyard. Add four quick connect natural gas outlets in paving with cast iron covers for use with portable natural gas heaters. Fountain will be replaced with a smaller fountain of similar design, which will be a separate vcc application and drawing.

To modify previously approved plans (permit 15-34789) with new rooftop mechanical penthouse on top of new construction ice house, per materials received 05/17/16, approved by the architectural committee 05/24/16, and stamped vcc approved 05/25/16. All other work to follow permit 15-34789.

To remove a total of five (5) brick planters built against building walls. To remove two (2) masonry beer tubs. To remove all tvs mounted to buildings. To remove all gas heaters mounted to buildings. To remove all speakers mounted to buildings. To remove all non-active cameras mounted to buildings. To remove existing slate paving from the courtyard. To install new flagstone paving in courtyard. Flagstone color to be pennsylvania blue or green or brown. Work as per plans submitted 08/04/15 and approved by the architectural committee 08/11/15. Note: only above listed work approved from plans. Other proposed work to be resolved at a later date. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.
