Advised to route plan for addition through dsc. Made site plan and placed permit number on front desk of dsc. Owner or applicant agent will come by wednesday, june 27th to complete amendment form. Swr june 27, 2006 10:48:39 am stuartr ; applicant submitted owner exemption sheet and expressed that there should be 51 wyatt and 53 wyatt in his name. I see only the one address.
