Issued by ssb.; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc.; 25 dollar fee; 1. Driveway must be located at least 5 from property line. 2. Entrance apron for driveway access shall be constructed of concrete or asphalt. 3. Driveway access apron must be constructed in accordance with detail 3. 15 from the city of asheville standard specifications manual. (sent to applicant) 4. Inspector must be called 48 hours prior to pouring of the driveway access apron for an inspection of th e forms. 5.
