Install a 400a service w 5 gang meter socket 4 apts, house and rewire apts, no f a work. Installation to comply with articles 210. 52(b) & 210. 63 of the 2008 nec.

Replace stack, house drain, install 5 toilets, 5 tubs, 5 lavs, 4 kitchen sinks and 4 laundry

5" lateral, house trap, fresh air inlet, philadelphia regulation vent box, house drain and 1" water distribution line replacement (5-family dwelling) - note: addition permit required for interior plumbing alterations - 2" fire suppression piping "by others"

Interior exterior altrations to existing 4 story lowerl level to 4th floor - extg 5 family structure. Construct new roof deck, construct new concrete front stairs to lower level with drain, slab, footing. New partitions and furring out of walls, insulation, new interior fire rated stair enclosure and stairs, ceilings and separations, exterior roof repairs. Proposed to be fully sprinklered. No change in use or occupancy classification - co attached as a matter of record to certify existing use and proposed sprinklers. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, sprinklers.

For the installation of a two (2) inch fire service line w. Backflow preventor (bfp) assembly and for installation of a fire supression system as per nfpa 13r.

Installation of 4 hvac systems: 3 goodman 2 ton heat pumps & air handlers and 1 goodman 3 ton heat pump & air handler. All equipment is to be installed within the same dwelling unit with no penetrations of fire rated assemblies and installed as per manufactures specifications. Installation must meet the code requirements of the international mechanical code and the international energy conservation code.

Replace 5" trap & 4" fai

Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of three duck and heat pump on the first to third floor and 2 ductless mini split heat pump systems on the fouth floor per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Plumbing alterations in occupancies other than one-four family dwellings

Building an addition in the rear of the building at the third and fourth floor levels not to exceed 380". Complete change of occupancy to create a three (3) family dwelling. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire suppression. Building to be fully sprinklered

Amend permit # 443696 to increase number of dwelling units from three (3) to four (4) with new basement layout per approved plans.

For the installation of an automatic sprinkler system in accordance with nfpa 13r for a four (4) story semi-detached structure used as multi-family living (five (5) dwelling units), as per plan; using new 2-inch fire line, and 2-inch backflow prevention device.
