This permit allows for the temporary closure of two parking spaces in front of 508 bourbon st. To park service vehicles daily 7am to 4pm. Permit is extended for an additional 7 days to 06 16 2017,

On front elevation of 508 bourbon, per attached materials stamped vcc approved 09 29 17, as follows:remove existing door handle and install new oil-rubbed bronze finish lever hardware. Install new oil-rubbed finish mail slot in the lock rail of the st. Louis-side sidelite. Paint existing door hinges white to match adjacent trim and door. Note: roll-up awning is in violation and was not built per permit. Retention is not permitted. Please submit an application to remove the awning and install new awning promptly, as this matter may be forwarded to adjudication.

Repoint brick mortar on the bourbon elevation on the second and third floorall reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted.
