Co for day care as per plan. All children on ground level of exit discharge (use group e exception)

Construct exterior stairway for 2nd means of egress from 2nd floor as per plan to extend daycare to second floor. No children under 2-1 2 years of age on the second floor. Maximum 9 children on the 2nd floor.
