Lpr add 11 levels of hotel on top the west podium building being constructed under building permit #ert536891. Includes one partial mechanical level above the hotel levels. The hotel will be a citizen m hotel including approximately 89 000sf with 269 rooms and amenity space. ;

Complete mep enabling work on interior of the future td garden expansion space being performed under building permit #ert536891 to a core shell space. All cost included in ert536891
