Furnish and install three 600 btu gas furnaces and three 2 1 2 ton air conditioning with related duct work, all equipment and associated duct work to be contained entirely within tenant space. No communicating ductwork. Gas fired appliances not to be located in ceiling space where used as a return air plenum. Returns to be ducted.

Installation of fa to include connection to the sprinkler sys,automatic and manual detection in the common area located in the basement,1st and 2nd floor. Notification appliances in the basement,1st,2nd and 3rd floors low voltage wiring per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (multi family)
