(signs require a seperate permit) this tco expires on 1/31/2015 during the term of this temporary occupancy, the following actions must be taken. Failure to complete these requirements will result in the rescission of occupancy following this 30-day period and no further occupancy will be granted until the structure is fully compliant: 1) the building shall operate as a standard restaurant, in compliance with all standards of the building code, comprehensive zoning ordinance, and the city code. 2) all building code deficiencies will be remedied, either through the board of building standards and appeals or through modifications to the structure. 3) all deviations from hdlc approved plans will be remedied. 4) occupancy of the second floor shall not exceed 49 persons. 5) no occupancy is granted for the third floor of the structure.
