Remove misc kitchen cabinets and counter. Remove misc wallboard from the rear kitchen wall kitchen ceiling master bedroom ceiling master bedroom rear exterior wall den ceiling office and storage area. Prepare the effected area for new wall board and plaster. Install foam insulation in the rear exterior kitchen wall rear exterior master bedroom wall and the effected wall area and ceiling area of the storage room. Patch in new wallboard. Plaster the effected area. Re-install the cabinets and counter. Install one new energy star rated window in the master bedroom. Replace the exterior storage room door with a new therma-tru smooth star fiberglass door. Re-paint the effected walls ceilings and trim.
