Separate permit required for fit out, use permit, co, and mep fire suppression work.

Make safe - for (under pinning installed for both stuctural walls north and south as indicated on plan, ("a" and "b") as per engineers report plan to resolve case 600700. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case 600700. Contact area inspector prior to start of work. Sublist to be given to inspector prior to start of work. Underpinning operations to be supervised, directed, and controlled by engineer of record. Special inspections to be completed.
