Gut and remodel existing kitchen (remove 4 section of load-bearing wall).

Remove existing aluminum gutter from rear of house (to be reused) remove all damaged facia and soffit (animal damage) supply and install new pine to all removed areas approx 25 reinstall existing gutter and down spouts. Replace front railings install (2) fir hand rails and balusters wrap pt posts in pine with square cap remove loose blue stone step. Cut slots in back of stone for grippping to mortar. Clean away old mortar apply new bed of mortar and set step. Remove and replace existing side set of steps (3 stairs) matching existing foot print with pt, fir and pine. Apply (2) coats matching paint to entire body of house and all trim
