Replacement of lintel over second floor window of front wall. Temporary shoring to be in place on the interior of structure at second floor for temporary support of the portion of roof joists bearing on front wall. Replacent lintel to be of masonry or steel and bear a minimum of 4 inches on each end. Upon removal of exterior lintel, the interior lintel to be assessed for structural integrity and replaced as required. No wood allowed for lintels. Inspection required after lintel installation.
