All violations prior to april 16, 2011 have been settled to the satisfaction of licenses and inspections. Accordingly, they should not constitute grounds for revocation.

The building owner had worked directly with labor & industry as well as the 25th police district, advising them of the event that was planned. No alcoholic beverages were sold to anyone as this was a teen event. At no time was there close to 7 individuals in the building. The chaos in front of the building was set off when two individuals leaving the premises were struck by a vehicle that was fleeing the police. The crowds attempted revenge and the ensuing chaos was certainly a public disturbance but not attributable to any action of the building owner.
