April 2, 2007 12:04:27 pm bdavis dropped applications off at front desk with no site plan. Waited over a week on the site plans so the application was not entered until today. As this is considered a residential project (townhouses) i have entered each of them as such. April 2, 2007 11:11:24 am bdavis planned community townhomes built in units of 4 per building. Lot 48; willow creek village project approved as a level ii via unified development ordinance. Street trees and buffering are required as per permit conditions. Front setbacks measured from new rights-of-ways (kirby). Side and rear yard setbacks measured from perimeter boundary as shown on approved master plan. Swr april 19, 2007 11:15:53 am stuartr ; july 25, 2007 9:21:33 am kneel amendment received to change electrician from ambassador properties to preferred plus & change to appalachian heating from etowah heating.; august 8, 2007 11:32:28 am scarver amendment rec.
