Isntall 225kw 120 208v 3 phase 4 wire diesel enerator, 800a 3 phase 4 wire line from generator, new transfer switche, 800a service entrance rated ats adjacent to generator, 800a line from ftrasfer switche to existing mdp, remove existing 800a line from utility transfer to transfer switch, 200a 3 pahse 4 wire tap line from gen to existing ats, disconnnect and remoke existing 80kw generator as per 2008 nec (west district)

Amend #740778 to revise the layout to create accessible toilet rooms, accessible ramp walkway, and modify activity room, as per approved plans.

Alteration: misc. Interior plumbing up-grades per approved plans, for a health care facility the installation will comply with the philadephia plumbing, code 2004. Pvc pipe materials are not permited on this project per code section p-902. 5 & p-1102. 3 of the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004.

Replacing fixtures. No piping as per philadelphia 2004 plumbing code.

Relocate (134) existing sprinkler heads. (commercial)

Install devices - light fixtures- new panel boards. As per 2008 nec (west district) install fire alarm system as per nfpa72

Roof replacement - install a modified white granular rubber membrane roof system (commercial)

Level iii alterations (no change of occupancy) to existing nursing home to include creation of new amenities spaces and dining room as per approved plans and pa doh approval. Existing building fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mep & fire suppression work see permit #631861 for approved plans.

For alterations to existing mechanical system of an existing nursing home. Alterations to include the installation of registers, diffusers, and mechanical appliances with associated ductwork. All work to be done per approved plans and appliances to be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Refer to ap#631861 for structural work to roof assembly to support proposed roof top units. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for electrical and plumbing work.
