Replace current failing brick retaining wall and column with new cmu wall with brick fascia and column. Also, cover existing concrete walkway & steps with flagstone steps. We will temporarily shut down the sidewalk, during working hours only (9:30am-5:30pm), and set up a temporary platform landing and handicap ramp to gain access around sidewalk closure. Temporary sidewalk closure to be 54 ln. Ft. Long. We will also need an additional 22 ln. Ft. For truck parking to load and unload materials. This too will only be closed down during the working hours of the project. The temporary triton barriers installed along the walkway will also be be taken down daily to open up walkway after working hours are completed. Walkway and parking lane are not to be closed outside of working hours.
