Ez standard limited commercial alterations & repairs- for the removing and replacing of finishes; walls, kitchen cabinets, finish floors,(decking replaced with plywood sheathing), doors and windows in same opening sizes. The limited demolition and commercial alterations as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
