Remove and replace same size 1. 5 ton air handlers in existing locations in units #1711 & 1712 of a hotel complex as per approved plans.

Interior alterations within building #5, 2nd floor. No change in occupancy (hotel). Structure is fully sprinklered. Ensure signed and sealed truss drawings are submitted to inspector prior to the start of any work. Seperte permits required for any changes to plumbing, mechanical, eectrical or fire suppression.

Of 2" copper on supply main of 3 4" copper for 4 kitchen sinks and 2 new vanity sinks (hotel)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Make safe permit - for shoring of beams and trusses: provide 4x4 spruce-pine-fir(spf#2), or better, wood beams to each of the existing 14" wood floor trusses. Provide a (2)2x4 spf#2, or better, wood post at each end of each beam and at mid span of each beam, as per engineers report to stabalize for additional permits to be pulled, to resolve case #525801. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6? In height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #525801.
