Replace and expand existing deck on l of house, current deck is 8x32 and expanding to 12x32, placement of pergola on portion of deck to be added for letitia ferguson residence;sls exit 5 hwy 2 r on mountainbrook r on chuns view r on fanning terrace l on craftsman cir 4th driveway on r house is red & gold place permit on hold informed owner at submittal that i could not process applicaiton until deck permit was closed out due to this work being on existing deck;inspector was out but inspection has not passed will need to get closed out before we send this permit for review ref 08-4527,; owner will close out open permit 12-2514 november 28, 2012 5:26:55 pm atesner. Verbal per tish in office stated that they will now be tearing down existing except for header and replacing with new deck size;sls; july 18, 2013 11:37:24 am pamk. Had a complaint from hoa.
