Addition of brick and stucco to the facade on the east elevations and addition of awning. See adr2011-00175 for minor modification.

Buildings c & d. Total tear off and reroof, two commercial building, 1 4inch densdeck prime, and 45 mil tpo, 31 squares, contractor indicates two pitches: 1 4inch per ft and 1 2inch per ft.

Restoration repair of flood damged storage buildings. Scope to include tear-off and re-roof of seven buildings (with exception of building d-1). Overhead storage doors will be replaced as needed. New drywall will be hung in office building. Buildings will be assessed for further scope of repairs to be addressed under future permits. This permit addresses no electrical scope and addresses no scope of work on building d-1 (to be addressed undere separate permit). Proposal does not breach footsubstantial improvementfoot threshold. 6 2 15 - scope of work changed to include electrical work for building inchainch only. Valuation does not change because it was included in original application. Electric work includes bonding & grounding, conduit, re-feeding, gate control, rough-in office, trim-out office, 22 new led wallpacks
