Remove first floor brick work down to existing foundation and rebuild with new brick. Work to be performed as per attached engineers report. All necessary precautions and temporary shoring to be set in place to ensure the integrity and stabilization of the wall above work area. Permit application in response to unsafe violations. To comply violation, completed work is to be inspected and approved as an appropriate repair to each violation. Engineers report submitted. Licensed contractor to assume responsibility of work.
