Social kitchen& bar is opening their restaurant in an existing vacant tenant space, complete with seasonal outdoor patios. One patio will be on the north of the building, on the owners property, and the other caf to the east on the citys right of way. This area was previously approved for an outdoor patio in the row, but based on the final plan layout on the interior it was not necessary to extend the caf completely along the storefront. Instead a shorter patio is being proposed, in line with the corner of the building.
