Renovations to take-out restaurant

1 ada restroom water closet, and lav, a regular restroom water closet and lav, 1 ice soda fountain machine, 1-3 compartment sink (grease trap), 1 hand sink, 1 mop sink, 1 prep sink, 1 water heater

Install 200a service, 4 2x4 lights, 4 switches, 3 20a circuits for foodwarmer & 40a circuit for oven.

Install 24v fire alarm system fire alarm control panel smoke detectors pull station horn strobes install amp branch circuit feeder to facp all work to comply with nfpa 72

Replace equipment. Furnish and install. Hvac roof top unit sheetmetal ductwork diffusers bathrrom exhaust.

Dig curb stop & reset valve box & install backflow preventer pa20150973298 "self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"

New interior lighting and power for new equipment,relocate panel 3" over,not including fire alarm system which is done by others as per 2008 nec (north district)

For level ii alterations (no change in occupancy classification) in an existing one-story attached structure. Work also to include partial exterior repair & restoration. See zoning variance (cal. No. 06-1443) for mechanical building restrictions. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. All work to be performed in accordance with plans approved by philadelphia historical commission (12. 19. 14). All asbestos to be treated & removed prior to commencement of work.
