Installation of a new hvac system with all associated registers diffuser and ductwork and all other accessory mechanical equipment. All work shall be done in accordance with approved plans.

Removal of 3- 8,0 gallon underground gasoline storage tanks and install 2 - 20,0 gallon underground gasoline storage tanks within the same location. All work to be in accordance with pennsylvania d. E. P. Regulations, all applicable codes, nfpa 30, and nfpa 31.

For the erection of one(1) "a"plus (arch sign) and for the erection of one flatwall sign (snap frame sign). All work shall be done in accordance with approved plans. See ap 323364 & 450587 for zoning permits

For the convenience store as part of and existing gas station to include accessory preparing and serving of hot and cold food for take-out. Re-striping of the parking layout. Reconstruct the sidewalk in front of the store. Relocation of dumpster and replacement of gasonline dispensers. Removal of sunoco sign and lew blum towing co. Sign. Illuminated arch and snap frame sign to be added to the bldg. The existng gas price panel will be replaced with an led price panel on existing pylon.

Partial change in use and occupancy classification. Level iii atlerations to include the following: tenant fit out for convenience store as part of an existing gas station, construction of a dumpster enclosure, and exterior accessible ramp. All work shall be in accordance with approved plans.
