Pile installation shall receive complete supervision and approval by mcpahil geotech under a licensed engineer and full stamped report will follwo completion. Each pile install will be logged and witness for the report : 3 drawings and 32 pages of soil report by mcphails done for e. Bostont library for w. Rawn architects.
