Interior and exterior alterations to an existing structure. All exterior work as permitted by phc. Alterations to include demolition and erection of partitions, millwork, finishes, accessibility upgrades and structural improvements. Structure is an existing, three (3) story office building (no change in occupancy proposed). Structure is sprinklered in the basement only. Separate permits required for plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire suppression work.

Separate 2nd & 3rd floor panel install peco meters for basement,first, second & third floor per 2008 nec (office space)

For the installation of an automatic wet fire suppression system throughout an existing three (3) story structure with basement in accordance with nfpa 13. System will utilize an existing six inch (6") fire service and fire department connection (with new signage); work includes new backflow prevention device, partial piping and heads in the basement and new piping and heads throughout the 1st through 3rd floors. Separate permits required for any electrical or plumbing work. All work per plans approved by the philadelphia historical commission.

Installation of hvac system as per plans approved by the philadelphia historical commission; work includes selective demolition of existing piping, ductwork, fans and rooftop units - installation of new ductwork, grilles, registers, diffusers, dampers, air handlers, bathroom exhausts, rooftop condensing units with associated curbs and piping. Separate permits required for all electrical and plumbing work.

Ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
