Work to include a 2 phase construction of a 2 story addition on opposite sides of the existing residence. Addition to include a living space and dining in the first floor spaces. The second floor additions contain a master suite and a guestroom with a guest bath. A new wood deck will be added outside of the second floor master suite. The addition will have concrete footers and cmu foundations with siding on wood studs for the first and second floors. The roofing will use slate shingles to match the existing roofing on wood joists. The existing interior basement, first and second floors will all be renovated with new bathrooms and living spaces. All existing windows will be protected and reused. The existing mechanical systems will be reused for existing residence and two new split systems will be used to serve the additions.
