The current proposed phase ii esa environmental sampling and testing investigation will include the use of a geoprobe for one day to perform soil borings (b-1 to b-10) that will be extended to approximate depths of feet, measurable groundwater, or refusal, whichever occurs first. Using decontaminated drilling and sampling equipment, soil samples will be collected on a continuous basis and field screened with a photo-ionization detector (pid) for volatile organic compounds (vocs).
