Eight exploratory borings will be drilled to a depth of feet below existing ground surface part of a geotechnical investigation using hollow stem auger and split-spoon sampler. Geotechnical sample will be obtained from this borings. Upon completion, the bore holes will be abandoned in accordance with d. C ddoe requirements within 24 hours. The borings diameter will be six inches. Borings will be abandoned with bentonite slurry in accordance with ddoe-wqd requirements -two pounds of bentonite to one-gallon water- within two hour completion. Sealing materials will be introduces at the bottom of the borehole and placed progressively upward to within several inches of ground surface. The remain open portion of the boring will be closed with asphalt cold patch, as per site plans, dc well construction application, dc well schematic form, and work plan report for the bozzuto development company/tenleytown safeway Date: September 11, 2013 Client: Bozzuto Development Company. | Applicant: Rps, Inc. | Permit type: Miscellaneous | Permit status: Permit issued | Permit id: Sb1300333 | |||||

SCORE 59 The current proposed phase ii esa environmental sampling and testing investigation will include the use of a geoprobe for one day to perform soil borings (b-1 to b-10) that will be extended to approximate depths of feet, measurable groundwater, or refusal, whichever occurs first. Using decontaminated drilling and sampling equipment, soil samples will be collected on a continuous basis and field screened with a photo-ionization detector (pid) for volatile organic compounds (vocs). In addition, groundwater samples will be collected from two borings, which encounter groundwater, with disposable pvc piping via disposable tubing with a peristaltic pump. Soil investigative derived waste (idw) will be placed in a drum to be left on site until receipt of the environmental laboratory analysis. Assuming laboratory results meet acceptance criteria testing requirements, a vendor will collect and dispose of the drum and contents at a permitted facility. After sample collection, each boring will be Date: July 12, 2017 Contractor: Vimal Jha Permit type: Miscellaneous | Permit status: Permit issued | Permit id: Sb1700342 |
