Complete remodel of basement (32. 5 x 22. 5 or 600sf) with master bedroom and new egress window (casement type 30"x42"). Walk through closet with built-in shelving units. Master suite bathroom with water closet area, 4x5 walk in shower, 5 double vanity and can lights throughout the whole basement. Living room area with washer/dryer closet. Moving electrical panel to utility area closet (see electrical permit) and installing vent fans in both the water closet area and shower/bathroom. All plumbing sewer lines will be installed under the concrete slab, tying into the existing sewer and will be properly vented (see plumbing permit). 2" of closed cell spray foam will be used on all finished exterior foundation walls (cement blocks, and 2x8 rim joists). Tile to be installed in the bathroom, all other floors will be finished with carpet including stairs. Utility room will remain unfinished.
