Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply. An iron curb valve access port will be installed at sidewalk surface with below grade valve for emergency service isolation. The new line will be painted to match the adjacent surface. Non structural renovation to add vestibule for exit door.

Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Do not remove balcony joists. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Backprime and paint all new millwork. Top and sides of balcony decking to be medium gray, semigloss. Bottom of decking, stringers, and fascia to be painted white, semigloss.
