Replace existing 100kw interior generator, with new 1 generator, 1-250a panel, 3-120v circuits & install 250a feeder 1-remote annunciator extend, as per nec 2008

For the installation of sprinkler heads under ductwork as shown per approved plans for an existing health facility college campus. Proposed sprinkler heads to be connected to existing system serviced by an existing six inch fire service line with an existing backflow preventer assembly. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Fire suppression system to be installed in accordance with nfpa 13.

Install 9-receptacles & relocate 7-lights as per nec 2008 (office bldg) west district

Replace existing data center ups with new ups, ats breaker and feeders as per nec 2008 (west district)

Interior renovations to upgrade existing admissions department

Remove and replace in kind air handling unit and return air unit

Replace 8 light fixtures add 2 light fixtures, install 3 shut trip breakers on existing elevator feeds. Connect existing power to new elevator controlers as per 2008 nec (west district) install 3 new smoke detectors, 6 heat detectors and 1 shunt trip relax on fire alarm system as per nfpa72

Slice the existing field membrane into 10" grids and remove epdm base flashing and other epdm flashing. Mecahically fasten 1 2" dens prime with one fastener and plate every 3 sq. Ft. Torch one ply of hpr base sheet over the entire roof area. Torch one ply of stress ply iv plus surface cap sheet.

Replace existing generator with a new 200kw exterior mounted generator, no new load anticipated as per 2008 nec (pcom)

Replace(4)four traps, floor drains and (2)two cleanout tops (replace existing)
