Remove a 10 gallon underground storage tank. Perform a confirmatory soil sampling of surrounding soil. Contigency plan in place in the case contaminated soils discovered. All work completed in accordance with padep ust removal guidelines. Epa certification & closure report to be submitted to inspector.
