For the installation of one (1) underground double-wall steel 5,0 gallon #2 fuel tank, to include new two (2)-hour fire-rated shaft wall enclosures, to be installed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and to conform to the provisions of nfpa standard 30, 31, and 704. Certification of completion of installation from licensed contractor to be submitted upon completion of installation indicating full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturers installation instructions. Separate electrical permit to be required.
