September 18, 2006 2:29:48 pm scarver fitch deck;scc; condo unit owner, robert fitch, called and wanted to revise permit application. Advised he should work through applicant, debbie atkinson (agent) to determine who best to revise application. Mr. Fitch stated he did not know who debbie atkinson was. Zoning was dis-approved sept 21, 2006, see revised. Applicant submitted site plan incomplete. Can not construct an addition over property boundary line onto the home owner? S association property without documentation from the property owner that permission was granted to construct said encroachment. Swr september 21, 2006 7:20:01 pm stuartr ; zoning site plan permit application approved for deck addition with small covering for 411 crowfields. Applicant submitted a letter from home owner? S association confirming executive committee of the crowfields condominium association has authorized the constrcution of the deck over the property boundary line (encroachment). Sw
