Closet addition.; 6/26/02 called customer to let them know that permit is ready to pick up the man that answered the phone when i told him how much the permit was he said no way was he gonna pay that much he said he was told that his permit would be &70. But he did not tell us that there was a stop work order put on job site for construction without permit. So i informed him that anytime work is performed without permit a stop work order is posted and a 1 penalty is imposed. See continued message cah; 6/26/02 he stated that he will contact a lawyer or wlos, i suggested he speak to my supervisor and he said no and hung up. Cah; setbacks along streets must be measured from the street right of way line. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines.
